Lefsa Day

Today was Lefsa Day.  Yes, lefsa. That spotted, round thing?  That’s Lefsa.  My sister, Stephanie, is flipping it with that lefsa stick. Baking with Grandma.

I baked cookies with my Grandma today. And made fudge. Here we are decorating the spritz cookies. 7 days to go.

It isn’t even 10:00pm and everyone is gone. Except the nephew.
